From the details you provide, we understand that the placement of the thermostats in the heater as

shown in the above picture are as follow:

Thermostat 3: Off at 52°C, On at 41°C. The one end of this thermostat connects with the heating
element and other end with the 2 thermostat the help of ferrule. This thermostat starts when the
temperature of the heater reaches at 41°C and when temperature reaches at 52°C, it turns off the
heater.

Thermostat 2: Off at 80°C, On at 60°C. This thermostat installed as a safety if the thermostat 3 fails/
did not work. The one end of this thermostat connects with the thermostat 3 and other end with the
thermostat 1 with the help of ferrule. This thermostat starts when the temperature of the heater
reaches at 60°C and when temperature reaches at 80°C, it will turn the heater off.

Thermostat 1: Off at 70°C, On at 90°C. This thermostat installed as a safety if the thermostat 3 and
thermostat 2 fails/ did not work. The one end of this thermostat connects with the thermostat 2 and
other end with the supply voltage. This thermostat starts when the temperature of the heater
reaches at 70°C and when temperature reaches at 90°C, it will turn the heater off.
