Nova South Eastern University

 
NSU was established in 1964 at Fort Lauderdale in Florida. In 1994 the university signed a
merger with South-eastern university of health sciences to form up Nova South-eastern
University. The university initially began with handful number of students and currently is one
of the most engaging educational institution.
 
Campus

The main campus of NSU is situated in Davie, Florida. In total the campuses consist of 18
colleges in which 150 programs are available for study. The campus is situated 10 minutes away
from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The branch campuses are well distributed in 11
different regions across the state.

Research

The NSU conducts interdisciplinary research activities, with more than $107 million-dollar
external funding for different projects. The research groups are currently working different
clinical research activities and the factors affecting oceans. The university has numerous
accreditations and tie ups with specific organisation in the respective fields.
 
Programs and Academic Groups

The university provides On-Campus as well as Online education in its regular and distant
programs. NSU has a defined structure which provides financial aids and scholarship
opportunities to undergraduate, graduate and first-professional students.

Student Life

At NSU 14 different offices makes up Division of Student Affairs which looks forwards towards
student ease and development. The residential facilities here comprise of different residential
halls across the campus wherein rooms are single, double and triple seater. All the rooms are
equipped with lofted and bunk beds, desk and chair, built in storage facilities and common
washrooms. Adding on, each building has food, laundrys and leisure facilities.
