DESCRIPTION
In conjunction with the release of the new International® DT 466, DT 570, and HT 570 Turbocharger Repair,
Dealer Education has developed an in-depth, self-study, web-based training course (SD 1003) Program Length
time: 27 minutes. This course is designed to enhance the skills of technicians involved in the day-to-day repair
of the International® DT 466, DT 570, and HT 570 Turbocharger Repair.

For this reason, every dealership in North America must participate in this critical educational process. In order
to achieve our educational goal, every technician that will be working on the International® DT 466, DT 570,
and HT 570 Turbocharger Repair must complete this web-based training program.

The course introduces technicians to the International® DT 466, DT 570, and HT 570 Turbocharger Repair
changes and operational improvements. At the conclusion of the program, technicians will take an exam in the
learning management system.

The web-based format allows technicians to complete the training at their own pace. The program is divided
into two modules. This course covers the following systems: Turbocharger component and turbine housing.

By the end of this course, a student will be able to repair the 2004-06 I6 variable geometry turbochargers. The
program will walk the technician through disassembly, cleaning and inspection, and reassembly.

For future reference, this program will be a 2011 International Technician Certification requirement as
well as a 2011 Diamond Club required course.
