Subject: - Reminder (ll) Low Resource Mobilization and Slow Rate of Progress

Dear Mr. Mahato,

This is to bring in to your attention that the contract completion date is 24th April2023, and there is little time left.

It is noted that there is still a huge work pending to be completed from your side: physical progress is 30.51% at the end of
January 2023, pipeline trenches executed 370/o and HDD pipelines 22o/0.

It is also been noted that you are not working with the adequate resources since a few months back, and this is the dry
season, when the progress should be the highest compared to the monsoon season. Regarding our letter ref. no. EPT/KUKL-
D5C0712023-1869 dated 10th January 2023 and our several verbal instructions about the above captioned subject, we have
instructed you to increase the adequate resources on site but we could not find any noticeable increment in resources on
field due to which there is very little progress on the pgect. The project will not be completed within anticipated date of
completion with the current rate of progress. lt is, therefore, completely needed that you must increase your workforce or
resources to complete the pending work in time. Your efforts in these months pending up to the completion date and the
daily work progress will be taken in account for the extension of time approval conditions.

Please note that your resource mobilization for month of January 2023, enclosed herewith, depict the average of only 58
workers per day working on site. You had only achieved 200/o of your targeted work for the month. The tabulated summary
shows you are lagging your scheduled activity by 80%. The monthly work schedule for the month of February 2022 should
reflects the recovery plan for the work that you have lagged in the previous month. You are again instructed to increase the
adequate resources on site in order to accomplish the remaining work as soon as possible.
