NFL Partners with Netflix for

Quarterback Docu-Series
By Jorden Hampton February 22, 2023

Have you ever wondered what life is like for an NFL quarterback? Wonder no more. The NFL

and Netflix have teamed up to launch a new quarterback docu-series. The series stars Patrick

Mahomes, Kirk Cousins, and Marcus Mariota. Each quarterback will be mic'd up in the series.

Patrick Mahomes' company 2 PM Productions will produce the series. The series will premiere

this summer.

Why Does the series Matter?

The quarterback position is the hardest position to play in football. Former quarterback Peyton

Manning said, "Playing quarterback in the NFL is a unique experience that has some incredible

ups and downs." Quarterbacks have to understand NFL defenses and know their offense like the

back of their hand. Quarterbacks also have to lead their team's offense and score points during

games. The docu-series will provide an in-depth look at the quarterback position. Fans will get to

see how a quarterback prepares for games during the week.

The series matters because fans can see the life of a quarterback. Fans can learn how Mariota,

Mahomes, and Cousins get ready to play games. The NFL keeps a lot of football content

private. Outside of Hard Knocks, fans don't get to see what players go through on a daily basis.

Who wouldn't want to watch?

What moments will be featured?

Fans will be able to see the birth of Patrick Mahomes' son and the Chiefs win the Superbowl.

Mahomes and the Chiefs had a unique season. The series will shed light on what it took for the

Chiefs to hoist the Lombardi trophy. Fans will most likely see how Mahomes managed his ankle

injury.

The Minnesota Vikings had the largest comeback in NFL history when they beat the Indianapolis

Colts. Fans can experience the moment again in the docu-series. Marcus Mariota had an up-and-

down season with the Atlanta Falcons. Mariota left the team during the season. Fans can learn

why Mariota chose to leave the team. Quarterbacks don't leave their teams during the season.

Teams release quarterbacks in the offseason, trade quarterbacks, and allow some quarterbacks to

test free agency. Will you be watching the series?
