Figure ___ illustrated the project's PERT/CPM, which organized the tasks.

The nodes represented the succession of activities, while the lines denoted the

connections between each event. Along with the item of work, the assigned days

for each task were also given. During the project, the PERT/CPM specified all key

tasks as well as their relationships. It established a network connection between

tasks to minimize scheduling conflicts. As a result, it aided in monitoring and

allocating management resources, as well as accountable manpower and

equipment, to each task.

The PERT/CPM diagram depicted the flow of minor activities as well as the

project's critical path. The critical path includes the following activities such as

Mobilization, Rebar, Form, Concreting, Landscaping, Delivery/Installation, and


Demobilization which has a total of ___ calendar days.
