(read each recipe as some of them got tools needed)(pasta, eggs, and potatoes to be
cooked as no stove or cooker available)

Week 1 (tuna salad)

Tools needed: big bowl, spatula, spoon, plastic sharp knife.

One can tuna

One cup pasta fusillo

Half cup sweet corn

Half cup mixed color bell pepper

¼ cup chopped olives

One tablespoon mayo

One tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste.

Week 2 (dipping)

tools needed: 3 mason jars with lids, small spoon.

1 - Ranch sauce 2 - tahini sauce 3 – Mayo-mustard


One cup Greek yogurt ¼ cup tahini 2 tablespoons mayo
2 tablespoon buttermilk room temperature waters 2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoon mayo ½ lemon 1 tablespoon honey
One teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon vinegar Salt and pepper for taste
One teaspoon parsley powder ½ teaspoon
½ teaspoon dill (salt/pepper/cumin)
½ teaspoon pepper one teaspoon ketchup
½ teaspoon salt

Week 3 (cold cake)

tools needed: medium bowl, small bowl, whisk, spoon, plastic sharp knife, rectangular lunch
box.

1 powder whipping cream

2 small sachets Nesquik

Small milk pack

2 rectangular biscuits packs (ulkar or ghandor)


Week 4 (potatoes and eggs salad)

Tools needed: big bowl, plastic sharp knife ,spatula, spoon.

one boiled potato

one boiled egg

one tablespoon mayo

one tablespoon mustard

salt and pepper

1/4 cup bell peppers.

week 4 (overnight oatmeal)

Tools needed: mason jar with lid, plastic sharp knife, spoon.

half cup oats

one cup milk or yogurt

dash of cinnamon (optional)

one teaspoon honey

choice of fruits

week 5 (yogurt salad, yogurt dessert)

tools needed: 2 medium bowl, 2 spoons, plastic sharp knife.

Week 6 (healthy snacks)

Tools needed: glass bowl needed, shish sticks, spatula.

Cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Banana, kiwi, orange, strawberry, marshmallows


Week 7 (Guacamole)

Tools needed: medium bowl, spatula, plastic sharp knife.

1 avocado (ripe but not overly) (dark color from outside and slightly soft to touch)

¼ small red onion finely diced

One hard tomato

¼ cup of finely chopped cilantro

1 small garlic clove minced

One lemon juice

Salt and pepper
