Abiskata West Africa Limited is an indigenous company that is into Pharmaceutical retail,
Wholesale, Importation and Distribution sales of fast moving consumable goods and general
healthcare logistics company founded and incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission
of Nigeria in the year 2015 as a limited liability company. As a fast-growing healthcare provider,
the company deal in the sales of drugs, hospital consumables (syringes, masks, gloves etc.),
hospital equipment (scanners, test kits etc.) and healthcare logistics with corporate head office is
located at Nasarawa State with other branch offices in Kano, Niger, Lagos, and Borno States. We
are also looking to expand to more cities and towns across Nigeria with population and need as
the basis of choice of location.
Over the years, the company has grown to become a renowned name in Nigeria as a go-to
Pharmaceutical store providing healthcare needs to thousands of residents in need of quality
healthcare products. Our vision is to be the preferred brand for quality drugs, healthcare
equipment, consumables and healthcare logistics services in Nigeria. We have an existing
customer base and we intend to expand geometrically in the coming years to attract many more
potential customers. We also intend to become a national name in the pharmaceutical services
industry within the next 5 years of this expansion.
Business Profile
Abiskata West Africa Limited started as Abiskata Medicine Store in Mararaba in 2000 by Mr.
Abba Abiskata Jidda who is the father of the current Managing Director (Mr Garba Jidda). The
business was transformed and upgraded to a legal status of a limited liability company as a result
of its incorporation of the company with Corporate Affairs Commission in 2015. Subsequently, a
premise license from Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria was obtained to operate a community
pharmacy in the same location where the business started as a medicine store in 2000. The
company’s retail operations is responsible for about 40% of the company’s revenues while the
supply and distribution arm of the business represents 60% of its revenues. The headquarters and
its branches are located where it also enjoys the patronage of a significant number of walk-in
customers including residents and motorist.
Management Structure
In retrospect to the company’s vision, we have assembled a strong management team comprising
entirely of experienced professionals who have thorough knowledge of the industry and technical
expertise in the industry.
We do not intend to run a conventional business and as such we would not be hiring employees
as a conventional business would. To this effect therefore, we will be hiring more employees to
take on the different roles and tasks that the new positions will likely entail. Below is the

retail, wholesale of pharmaceutical drugs, sales of medical equipment and distribution to both
retail, wholesale and institutional customers within and outside (West Africa) Nigeria.
The company’s corporate head office is located at Nasarawa state with branch offices in Kano,

In June 2018,2019 respectively, the client took a loan of NGN3 million and NGN 7.5 which he
has fully repaid without defaults and June 2020, the company secured a loan of N100million
from the Medical Credit Fund program. The loan is currently outstanding to the tune of NGN
41million (inclusive of principal and interest) and the client has repaid without default.
Repayment Capacity
Based on the financial statements analysis, the company shows sufficient capacity to repay the
loan with DSCR being more than the minimum threshold of 1.25 over the 3 years of projection
