*1. Will the Honourable Premier and Minister of Finance, please list and confirm the details of all the conditions
and items which remain outstanding; The Government of Bermuda, Gencom Limited, and the owners of
the Fairmont Southampton Hotel from reaching, closing and executing the final contracts that will enable
the redevelopments of the Fairmont Southampton Hotel to proceed?

*2. Will the Honourable Premier and Minister of Finance list and provide the details of any new concessions
and or support applied for by developers, other than the concessions already approved in this Honourable
House under the Fairmont Southampton Hotel Act?

*3. Will the Honourable Premier and Minister of Finance please confirm a date by which all of the hotel
redevelopment agreements associated with the Fairmont Southampton Hotel will be completed and
executed?

years in question?

written off the Government’s books and the number and value taken to our courts for recovery?
