MINUTE BURGER TERMS AND
CONDITIONS

1. Community Partners and Community Riders are considered as Minute Burger partners
(resellers).

2. Partners are entitled

for:
a. Php 5.00 discount on all bigtime sandwiches b. Php 3.00
discount on all sulit, chicken, and hotdog sandwiches c.
Php 2.00 discount on all beverages

3. Partners must follow the given product assortment and product SRP for social media
promotion.
4. Only cooked products are allowed for re-
selling.

5. Same day orders must be sent to the store personnel at least 1 hour before the preferred
pick- up/delivery time to give enough time for the product preparation. Orders must be placed
within the operational hours of the store. Advance orders for pick-up on different dates are also
accepted.

6. Partners must pay the total order amount upon placing an order to the store. Payment
options are: CASH / Gcash / bank transfer.

7. Partners must fill out and sign the monitoring sheet for every order
made.

8. Strictly NO cancellation of order is

allowed.

9. Community partners are encouraged to have an accumulated 20 orders of MB products daily

to continue the program.

10. Community riders may also be an on-call rider for the store. However, products ordered
directly at the store and for delivery of community riders will not be discounted.

11. Upon 2 weeks of enrollment without notice, partnership will be

forfeited.

12. In case of fraudulent incidents, franchisees can cancel the partnership without prior
notice.
