Going to bed early and not using the phone excessively are two of my parents' rules.

Sleep is an

the most effective ways to stop being sick on a daily basis is to get enough sleep.

Going to bed early is one of my parents' rules. I can't sleep early after I get my phone because I'm
addicted to scrolling around social media till I lose track of time. Sleep is an essential component of living
a healthy lifestyle and an integral part of everyone's daily routine. One of the most effective ways to
avoid being sick on a regular basis is to get enough sleep.To avoid serious health repercussions,
everyone should be aware of and adhere to the need of getting adequate sleep. This is a guideline I
agree with because sleep is a crucial aspect of everyone's overall health and well-being, but it is often
disregarded. Sleep is necessary because it helps the body to recuperate and prepare for the following
day.Getting adequate sleep can also help you avoid gaining weight, developing heart disease, and
extending the duration of your illness.

At times, obeying my parents is a totally different feeling. My parents may advise me not to do
something, yet I rebel and do it anyway, knowing full well that I will be held accountable later. Only
adults who are concerned about your safety will tell you not to do anything. Disobedience to my parents
will get me in trouble and force me to pay the consequences later.I once disobeyed my mother and had
to pay the consequences. She discovered me still up at two a.m. As a result, she scolded me and took my
phone away from me.

This rule has several advantages, including keeping your heart healthy by allowing you to get adequate
sleep, making your heart stronger if you get between seven and nine hours of sleep each night, and
improving your memory. There are several flaws with this regulation.People who are depressed or
anxious are more likely to sleep less than six hours a night, which might worsen depression symptoms
over time. The most prevalent sleep condition, insomnia, has the strongest relation to depression.
Insomnia is one of the most common early signs of depression. However, not getting enough sleep can
affect a person's growth in the long run.This is the situation since growth hormone is normally released
when sleeping. When a person receives too little sleep on a regular basis, growth hormone is blocked. In
this case, mum might be correct. I'll be able to concentrate better in class and have more energy if I get
adequate sleep.
