PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of PETER CRUZ, Payee, at his
residence at Brgy. 62-A, Sunflower Subdivision, Tacloban City, the principal amount of
TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 2,500,000.00), with an interest rate of twelve
percent (12%) per annum, in full, on or before June 23, 2022.

DECEMBER 30, 2021

Received from Alice Santos of Brgy. 95, Caibaan, Tacloban City the
amount of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,500,000.00)
in cash as initial payment to the debt owed amounting to TWO MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2,500,000.00) plus interest. The remaining
balance shall be paid on or before June 23, 2022.
