Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to express my interest in the job position posted on Facebook Page job vacancy as job
position (Terapia ba Kliente). My name is Tito de Carvalho Vital, undergraduated in nurse had
graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Science at the National University of Timor Lorosa’e.
Currently I am working as Volunteer Nurse in Health Post Afaça, Quelicai since February 2020.

I am an optimistic and hard-working person. I have developed my skills and knowledge from my study
and volunteering activities. I did my qualitative research with in-depth interviews about community
perceptions in Relationship status ,nutrition growth and development congnitive for children as my final
year project and got excellent (A+) in my research evaluation. My research analysis method quantitative
covers data cross sectional, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. I have interviewed eleven
(96) people, who participated in the Health Awareness Workshop on nutrition and three of them were the
participants by Family student an teracher of the same workshop that was held at pre school Sagrado
Coracao de Jesus Becora Dili. On the other hand, as part of my study, I also did my internship as a nurse
with Center Health Clinic and National Hospital for two years.
I have learned in a variety of nursing environments, including the emergency room, Health Professional
Education, home health care services, and Medical Center’s pediatric department. I have strong people
skills and strive to acquaint myself with each patient’s family members and support system to best
facilitate an effective long-term care plan that will send patients home with the knowledge and tools
necessary to maintain their health at home.
My study and my experiences have shaped me well and I believe that I will perform effectively in this
