BOOKING SERVICES AGREEMENT of the OYO network of hotels (“Accommodation”)

any dispute is raised in a particular invoice within 3 days of receipt of invoice the
payment period shall commence on receipt of revised/ corrected invoice.

2. Advance Payment – Client shall provide advance from Effective date onwards NA
and all payments for bookings, early check-in charge, late check-out charge,
cancellations fee or any other payment stipulated under this agreement shall be
deducted from such advance. The amount of advance available shall be reflected
on the corporate portal.
