The story of Flatheads showed how even Raising Rs 10 crores, and Building a business of Rs 3.4
crores can still be on the verge of collapse. With no money in the bank, and mounting family
responsibilities, it is NOT easy to decline an offer from a shark. But, Ganesh did.

The most fundamental learning got from watching the episode yesterday is how important it is to
INTROSPECT and have the courage to do what is right. We often feel pressure to present ourselves
as confident and capable, and expressing self-doubt or revisiting a situation can be seen as a failure
to meet the world's expectations of us. But if we think about it, Introspection can actually be more
productive, healthy and prep us for the long run.
