Name: Karen Pearl F. Bayubay Course/Yr.level&Sec:DM-2A

Answer this one with YOUR OWN strong points.

In your opinion, what was the most useful idea from the last video
discussion?
The video presentation indicates and specified the different training
techniques and fundamental skills as well as the people involved in making
the sports they lately called “volleyball”. It became useful to those students
or even normal people who are planning to play volleyball because even if it
is easy to play by others there is still techniques, proper positions, skills,
measurements, rules and regulation, facilities, equipments, and trainings
needed. The idea of introducing the sports to individuals may help them be
aware and knowledgeable before they begin to play the particular sports, by
this information it may also prevent any damages or injuries during the play.

During today’s lesson, what idea(s) struck you as things you could or should
put into practice?
The idea that was struck to my mind that I must put into practice and also
always bear in my mind is the proper positions as a player and also most
important things to remember whenever we play any kind of sports is the
rules and regulation. An athlete must have the characteristics of having a
sportsmanship not only in the court but also outside the game. Even if our
opponent is a stranger, we must be friendly and be polite to greet them
before and after the game.

What example or illustration cited in today’s class could you relate to the
most?
