Internet services to the customer.
 Installation and Activation shall be done within 1-3 working days after the award of the
contract/PO.
 Service Level Agreement (SLA) 99.9 %
 One-year warrantee for the provided equipment
 One-year Free maintenance during the contract period
 Western ICT Solutions Shall assist the customer in the terms of related technical support round the
clock.
 This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is subject to capacity availability.
