 Minimum Subscription period is One year.
 MRC will be paid to Race Online Limited.
 MRC to be paid within the current month.
 For any downgrade/discontinuation, one-month prior notice is required.
 VAT & Tax will be added as per govt.
 RACE will start Implementation immediately right after receiving the work order.
 Race online ltd will ensure Monthly Uptime KPI: 98%
