Graham Wallas was an English socialist.

A social psychologist and a educationalist.

A leader of the Fabian Society.

A co-founder of the London School of Economics.

Famous for:

a) The Great Society: A Psychological Analysis (1914) Graham Wallas


In this book he argued that a social-psychological analysis could (1858-1932)
explain the problems created by the impact of the Industrial
Revolution on modern society.

b) The Art of Thought (1926): proposes one of


the first complete models of the creative process,
as consisting of the four-stage process of The Fabian Society is a British
preparation (or saturation), incubation, socialist organisation whose
illumination, and verification, which remains purpose is to advance the principles
