III. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

1. Insufficient funds to address the different DepEd programs & projects.
2. Functional laboratory rooms for, Science and EPP/ TLE.
3. Lack of Science equipment / chemicals,
4. Lack of Teaching Pedagogy of newly hired teachers who are not teachers by profession.

SOLUTIONS APPLIED / INTERVENTIONS

1. Communicate with the Barangay officials and other stakeholders. The following school
interventions
helped in the sustainability of learners
2. Ask the assistance of LGU for financial and material supports.
3 .Conduct harvesting
4. Conduct training during INSET and LAC sessions.

IV. FUTURE PLANS

1. Implement a program that enhances the reading ability of pupils.
2. Develop a program for teachers and non-teaching’s professional growth.
3. Strengthen strong partnership opportunities to external stakeholders.
4. Intensify career guidance and advocacy.
