III. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED


1. Gulayan sa Paaralan was affected by the construction of new building.
2. Garbage collector is scheduled once a week only and the area for garbage is not enough.

IV. SOLUTIONS APPLIED / INTERVENTIONS


1. Transfer the Gulayan to other area of the school.
2. Communicate with the Barangay officials and request to collect garbage at least twice or thrice a
week.

V. FUTURE PLANS
1. Implement a program that enhances the reading ability of pupils.
2. Develop a program for teachers and non-teaching’s professional growth.
