Remarks/Summary After the Orientation on SBM Implementation of 3As, the school SBM Coordinator
proposed to conduct school based SBM Self-Assessment in respond to the call of the
Division Office on the submission of SBM Self-Assessment Result and other
attachments.

The School Head together with the SBM Coordinator and teachers conducts SBM Self-
Assessment. The SBM Coordinator worked on the SBM Self-Assessment Result
