Sir,
We, the undersigned Grade 12 students from HUMSS-Locke, in partial fulfillment of the
requirement in our Inquiries, Investigations, and Immersion subject, will conduct research
entitled “Game on Fit:”
In line with this, we are writing to seek your approval for the culminating activity that Grade 12
HUMSS- Locke is planning to organize. As part of our academic curriculum, this event aims to
transform sedentary gaming sessions into opportunities for physical activity, fostering a
healthier lifestyle among online gamer students. Through innovation and collaboration, we
aspire to make a positive impact on the well-being of our target audience
The proposed culminating activity is scheduled to take place on first week of April, 2024 at
Nasugbu East Senior High School open field. It will involve physical fitness through the
incorporation of Zumba dance routines. The project seeks to address the sedentary lifestyle
associated with excessive screen time by providing a fun and engaging solution that combines
gaming awareness with physical activity.
We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that the event aligns with the values and standards
of our school. A detailed plan, including the schedule and logistics, is attached for your review.
We believe that this culminating activity will not only enrich the educational experience of the
students but also contribute positively to the school's image.
We understand the importance of your guidance and approval for such events, and we assure
you that we will adhere to all school policies and guidelines throughout the planning and
execution phases. We are committed to ensuring that the event reflects the excellence and
discipline that our school stands for.
We kindly request you to review our proposal and provide your approval at your earliest
convenience. Your support is invaluable to the success of this culminating activity, and we are
confident that it will be a memorable and enriching experience for everyone involved.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to receiving your approval and
guidance.
Sincerely,
