MEETING PROPER:

1. The meeting started at 9:00 in the morning.

2. Mrs. Amie Ramos, Grade 7- Malikhain PTA President led the short prayer.

3. It was followed by an Opening Remarks given by the Guidance Coordinator, Mrs. Catherine D. Vidallon.

4. Mrs. Vidallon introduced the new teacher to the parents. She also shared her words of gratefulness to the parents for they
gave their time to join the parent-teacher conference.

5. Mrs. Agquiz, G7 − Malikhain adviser discussed the new scheme of distribution and retrieval of plastic envelopes. And
parents shared that it is more convenient to collect and return the modules/outputs after two (2) weeks. Parents shared their
difficulty experienced on the First Quarter. They were happy that the distribution is every two weeks on the Second Quarter.

6. Mrs. Agquiz also shared the results of the First Quarter. The parents were reminded to continuously guide and support
their children in their studies. Students with low grades in different subjects were advised to strive more on the Second
Quarter.

7. Mrs. Vidallon asked the parents’ feedback on the Implementation of Homeroom Guidance modules. Parents shared their
positive feedbacks on their children. Parents also shared that students are answering the HG modules alone for they can
answer them with ease.

8. Mrs. Agquiz, mentioned some names of students who perform well in doing their tasks and output in their HG. She gave
also a certificate of appreciation for their meritorious work.

9. Parents with questions were entertained by Mrs. Agquiz one by one.

10. The meeting ended at 10:30 in the morning.
