Basic Assumption of art, nature and functions of art.

Art is an expression or application of human creative skill and imagination. Without

question or proof, assumptions are the things that are assumed to be as being true and
guaranteed to occur and there are assumptions that has been written about arts. Some
of this are art is a form of creation. Art is something that is imaginatively and expertly
crafted, visually pleasing, or expresses significant thoughts or emotions. As is often
remarked, humans are the ones who create art. Without the human being who uses his
or her imagination and creativity to make art, no art can be made. An artist is just
someone who creates art, according to the most fundamental definition of the term. Arts
are cultural. Humans are the creators of art, and anything they have created is a part of
culture. It becomes cultural because  art represents people's way of life, religious
beliefs, mores, and traditions, etc. Art has been created by all people at all times, in all
countries and the reason that art is still alive today is because it is well-liked and
appreciated by the people. Lastly, art is subjective. It cannot be judged based on how
important it is or how well it was made. The only measurable aspect of art due to its
subjective nature is whether it actually exists.

The term "art" refers to a broad variety of human activities that involve producing visual,
aural, or performing works of art that exhibit the author's inventiveness or technical skill
and are admired for their beauty or emotional impact. Reality is represented through art.
The application of symbols to stand in for and replace something else is known as
representation. Through the process of naming its components, people order the world
and reality through representation. Since art frequently depicts real-world things or
scenes, it portrays reality, art does represent the imagination or what the mind sees.
Form of expression that attempts to communicate the unidentified and unknowable.
Our desire to create meaning is fundamental to who we are as people, and art enables
that process. Understanding one's environment and recording one's experiences are
necessary for meaning-making.Art serves as a means of communication of emotions.
Creating a sense of beauty, examining the nature of perception, providing pleasure, or
evoking powerful emotions are all possible goals of works of art. They may also serve to
transmit political, spiritual, or philosophical views.Art matters, arts matter because they
provide us a way to express ourselves and show the world in a new way. This helps us
comprehend other people and society and gives us hope for the future. Art is important
because it illustrates the human psyche.Art is universal, There is art everywhere, and it
is embedded in people's daily lives.

The functions of art, the personal functions of control that art may serve are applied to
bring order to a chaotic and disorderly world. Expressive art therapy, which uses the
arts as a type of therapy, is an amazing field that has changed the lives of many people.
Another personal use of art is as a means of worship. Religious art typically conveys
general concepts about how human life relates to the divine. A society cannot be
imagined without art since it is linked to every part of social life. Social functions of art
are those that go beyond their intrinsic value for the individual and focus on the benefits
of art for society. Art speaks to people. The majority of the time, it is written with the goal
of sharing responses to and viewpoints on life with other people. The world is enriched,
informed, and challenged by art. The physical purposes of art are frequently the most
simplest to comprehend. Physical functions are a part of works of art that serve a
purpose. Time has proven that their designs are the most effective for helping them
achieve their goals.

Philosophical Perspectives of Arts

Plato’s said that artists are imitators and art is a mere imitation,in his view of reality, the
things in this world are only copies of the original. He was deeply suspicious of arts and
the artist for two reasons:that they appeal to the emotion rather to the rational faculty of
men and that they imitate rather than lead one to reality.Art as a representation,Aristotle
agreed with Plato perspectives, however,Aristotle considered art as an aid to philosophy
in revealing the truth. He conceived of art as representing possible versions of reality, art
allows for the experience of pleasure and also has an ability to be instructive and teach
its audience things about life.Art as a disinterested judgement,Immanuel Kant
considered the judgement of beauty, the cornerstone of art,as something that can be
universal despite its subjectivity. He recognized that judgement of beauty is
subjective, making an aesthetic judgement requires us to be disinterested. In other
words,we should try to go beyond our individual tastes and preferences so that we can
appreciate art fron a universal standpoint.Art as a communication of emotion, from Leo
Tolstoy, art plays a huge role in communication to it’s audiences emotions that the artist
previously experienced.Art is given a unique opportunity to serve as a mechanism for
social uity.It is central to a man’s existence because it makes accessible feelings and
emotions of people from the past and present.

Why is art ageless?

As early as the beginning of the first human existence in the planet and human
civilisation, art has existed all over the world. Art has always existed in the world, and it
will continue to do so long into the future. Because art is an important factor of people's
lives and will always exist as long as there is life on Earth. Since art is all around us and
is a creation of human imagination based on experience, we cannot prevent anyone
from creating it at any time or age.In short, art has always been, is still, and will always
be a part of our lives; it is timeless and ageless. Art will always exist; it may change, but
it never ages and vanishes. It doesn't pick a time to exist; rather, it continues to be a
significant aspect of life that may work as a force to assist us keep improving or a
background that is not immediately apparent but supports us in our endeavors. Since
the dawn of human history, art has existed and will continue to exist.

Classification of arts, why is art not nature?

There are three classifications of arts, visual

arts(drawing,painting,photography,architecture,sculpture),literary arts(short
story,novels,poems,comics) and performing arts(music,theatre,dance).Visual arts
creates works that are primarily visual in nature.Literature,a broad sense is any written
work,it can be classified as to whether it is fiction or non-fiction.Performing arts ,artist
use their body, voice or objects to convey artistic expression-as opposed to visual arts.
Nature is not art, and art is not nature; both were created by God. Man, however, has
the ability to improve nature. Therefore, nature's improved beauty and creativity can be
categorized as an art form.
Who am I?

I am art itself because GOD created me as his art,we are all.I am special in some of my
own ways,I love to read fictional books ,I love art as well but I am not really good at
that.I express myself through vibing with music.I love dancing too.Like art I have flaws
as well, some can seen by everyones eyes, some is hidden in a deep well.I don’t really
find myself interesting,I have a dull and chaotic life and despite of that I choose to be
alive and be happy for the things that God gave me.I can’t really express myself easily,I
am not good at socializing but I’m trying to because” no man is an island” they say.
