Job Search Expectations

• Internship and Job Opportunities: Opportunities are posted on Career Account and
company websites. Additionally, the large investment banks will bring Sales & Trading
alumni / representatives to their corporate presentations in the fall.

• Hiring in the past few years has been protracted. Students pursuing this area need to
aggressively pursue limited opportunities. Most firms hire almost exclusively from their
summer internship programs or promote from entry level (Trading / Sales Assistant)
positions. Students need to be open to these options.
