Daniela congratulates the teacher for being the best when teaching native Spanish speakers. While the teacher felt worried and insecure due to a lack of experience, Daniela admired how the teacher accepted the challenge and focused on their strengths rather than weaknesses. By sharing their life experiences, the teacher helped students gain confidence in their cultural identity. Daniela recalls her own early struggles teaching English with limited grammar skills, but improving through training at CEN, though her students had traveled abroad unlike the teacher's native Spanish speakers. Daniela is now grateful for opportunities to improve her English skills in Ecuador.

I am Daniela, in this moment I am writing because I want to
congratulate you, as a teacher I consider that you are the best when you taught native Spanish speaker, you are worried, unsafe and fear but I liked me when you shared about your life with your students, it helped to them gain confidence, of course talked about their cultural identity. This was great. You focused on your strengths but no your weaknesses. I admire you, because you accepted the challenge. It is an example that all the teachers should follow and find the ways to reach our students, look at the appropriate methodology. This reminds me, when I was the first time as a teacher I was also worried because I didn`t have the experience and I didn`t speak very well English, only I known some vocabulary but the grammar structure for me was difficult but I need to improve my English learning, so I went to the CEN, it helped much in my profesional life. Of course the difference was that my students were not native English speakers, but I felt powerless because my students were from a private school where they had travelled to United States. Now in this moment I am grateful with Ecuador speak English. I feel with more capacity to teach English.
Thank you for your share your experience and best wishes.
