Warm Greetings!

Please be informed that the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will have their
scheduled maintenance on Saturday, February 18, 2023 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The activity shall
include the shutdown of Sta. Barabara – Ingore – Buenavista 69KV Line affecting our own franchise
area - GUIMELCO.

In this regard, GUIMELCO will not be able to provide power supply for the whole Province of
Guimaras on the mentioned date and time. Moreover, we are aware of your upcoming foundation
celebration on the same day at your beloved municipality, hence we wish for its success.

In relation to this, the maintenance activities may finish ahead of time and power restoration earlier than
scheduled however, your good office may provide your own generator for any power needed in your
respected area in the meantime.

Attached herewith is the advisory letter from NGCP with their pointed activities. We ask for your
utmost understanding in this matter and together we continue to be in good service for our fellow
Guimarasnons.
