    Greetings!

    This is in connection with the DPWH Project under General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2023
    with project title: Asset Preservation Program – Preventive Maintenance – Primary
    Roads – Daang Maharlika (LZ) – K0354 + 536 – K0355 + 568

    The scope of the said project is the asphalt overlaying of existing concrete carriageway
    which covers portion of Barangays Mantugawe and San Felipe. Also included in the project is
    the installation of solar street lights and pavement markings to ensure the safety of the
    motorists and the general public.

    Anent to this, we would like to request from your good office incident reports and other data
    relative to accidents caused by lack of street lights in the area. This is to justify the needs of
    including installation of solar street lights and pavement markings in the scope of project as
    required by the Bureau of Quality and Safety of DPWH.

    Your favorable action hereon is earnestly requested in the spirit of public service and of
    common good. Thank You.
