G R E E T I N G S !!!

The BARANGAY SECRETARIES ASSOCIATION OF MAKILALA (BSAM) will conduct Mid-Year

Evaluation at RR Resort, Maramag, Bukidnon Province on June 26-28, 2019. The purpose of the
activity is to conduct a Mid-Year Evaluation of work procedures and to foster closer relationship
among the association.

Anent this, we are inviting our MLGOO, Virginia Q. Gasque to be with us on the said activity. A
registration of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ( P 5,000.00 ) only per participant shall be collected,
transportation expense and per diems shall be chargeable against Barangay funds subject to the
usual accounting rules and procedures.

In this regard, we humbly ask your good office and allow the Barangay Secretaries for the realization
of our plan, we know that this activity would help us to strengthen our association and motivate each
individual to be more responsive in the service.
