ABOUT EMPOWER PH
EMPOWER PH is an empowerment and capacity development program for government
agencies, youth organizations, Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and Non-government
Organizations (NGOs) and business sectors. Empower started its operation in 2014 with Keep
Hope Alive Inc. having organized multiple national, regional and local trainings and events. It is
designed as a strategic opportunity to meaningfully engage leaders and individuals in
transforming their workplace and communities through sustainable development. The
overachieving goal of our training and activities is to enhance participants’ knowledge, skills,
leadership abilities, and confidence so that they can engage the community around them more
deeply, and have an impact that reverberates far beyond the program. Our program partners
include National Youth Commission (NYC), Armed Forces of the Philipines (AFP), Department of
Interior & Local Government (DILG), Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Training Institute,
Department of Tourism, Department of Environment & Natural Resources, Young Southeast
Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), Philippine Foundation for the Environment and other non-
government organizations.

Since 2014, EMPOWER PH has initiated annual summit and advocacy camps, training and
capacity building, workshops, symposia and team building activities with over 3,200 alumni
addressing various topics and advocacies such as youth leadership, agriculture, aquatics and
ecotourism, governance, civic media, digitalization, biodiversity and environmental
