To Whom It May Concerned,

The Sanguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Manguiao, Asturias Cebu is a government organization for

the youth specially in our barangay area. Our organization is hoping to give great impact to our

constituents (the youth) by showing our concern to environment. As part of our 2019 Development

Plan, SK Councils promote environmental sustainability for we believe it is an important implication for

young people as well as for the communities we are living.

Along with the mission of your foundation and since environment was being part of your main

concern we would humbly ask help if you can provide us a Garbage Bins for our 7 Sitios in Brgy

Manguiao. Any kind of garbage bins that you can give us is a great help for us to convince our localities

to engage in throwing their garbage properly and in separate manner. Any help or support coming from

your foundation regarding to our goals in promoting a sustainable environment is whole heartedly

accepted by the council. It is with our outmost like to be part of your foundation’s vision and mission.
