Dear Zafar

We are pleased to offer you an internship at Infoseed Technology in the (Python) Web Development
department at our Bangalore office. Your internship shall commence on 4th December 2022 and shall
continue till 3rd March 2023 (3 months). For this period, you may work from home till 31-Jan-23, after
which you will be required to be in the office. You will be monitored remotely by Mrs. Nandita. The
terms and conditions of your internship with the Company are set forth below:

1. Subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein, your project and
responsibilities during the Term will be determined by the supervisor assigned to you for the
duration of the internship.

2. Regular office timings are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please provide a copy of your
Aadhar Card, PAN card, education, and experience certificates along with a passport size photograph
and an emergency contact number.

3. You will sign a confidentiality agreement with the company before you commence yourinternship.

4. During this period, you will be paid a stipend of Rs. 10,000 for the next three months. At the end of
your internship, you may be offered a further internship or full-time role, depending on the company
decision at that time.

Please confirm your acceptance of the terms of this offer by 03rd Dec 2022 failing which, we have the
right to cancel the internship. We look forward to having you on our team!
