We are delighted to extend this offer of employment to you on behalf of TheCoderoids. You are appointed to
the position of Web developer Trainee. As Web developer Trainee, your starting monthly remuneration will be
Rs. 15,000 /- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), subject to the following terms:

 Your place of work with the Company shall be in Gurugram.

 You will need to go through an internship of 6 months at a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
 The Company agrees to spend time and money on your training during the period of this internship and
therefore you will be evaluated at intervals of 60 days to estimate your growth.
 In case your growth has been found to be below the Company’s expectations, the Company can
terminate the internship.
 You will be required to spend 9 hours daily in the office on all working days.
 Breach of any term of the appointment letter OR employment contract on your part will lead to immediate
termination of your employment without assigning any reason by the company subject to the final
decision of the company.
