PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

If the degree scale or the bevel protractor for the taper milling machine is provided on site, the
milling machine is sleeved on the outside thread, the position of the blade of the milling machine
is adjusted, the cutting edge is tightly leaned against the thread, and the cutting edge is fixed
after determined angle. It is inspected on the pipe end whether taper fitting and the length of
conical surface are suitable. If clearance is oversize, conical head is cut, the angle of the knife
edge is readjusted and the taper is grinded.

The method for closely fitting conical surfaces provided by Xinyang Company is key on site for
excellent property of the threads. Xinyang Company provides some taper milling machine (see
Figs 5 and 6).
