ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT AND AGREEMENT

Received from ROMAR R. DAMMAY (the buyer) of legal age, married,


Filipino and a resident of #18 Calubaquib Street, Caggay, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan the amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP1,000,000.00) as
partial payment of sale of parcels of land registered in the name of the late
Francisco O. Tugade and Dominador O. Tugade which heirs are represented
by their Attorney-in-Fact Divina Gracia O. Tugade-Baluyot which are hereto
described as follows:

A. Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-114081

“A parcel of land of Lot No. 2611-A-2-B, of the subdivision plan Psd-(af)-02-


010459 being a portion of Lot No. 2611-A-2, Psd-2-01-033362 situated in
Caggay, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan containing an area of Nine Hundred
Twenty-Nine (929) square meters more or less covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-114081”

B. Transfer Certificate of Title No. 032-T-81857

“A parcel of land of Lot No. 2611-A-1 of the subdivision plan PSD-2-01-


033362 being a portion of Lot No. 2611-A Psd-2-01-031463 situated in
Caggay, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan containing an area of Five Hundred
Eighty Seven (587) square meters more or less covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 032-T-81857”

The partial payment was received personally through a Chinabank Check No.
0877698 by the attorney-in-fact’s trustee, MARJORIE L. QUINTOS and was deposited to
Attorney-in-Fact Divina Gracia O. Tugade-Baluyot’s BPI Account No.
001249-3114-28.

The partial payment shall be forfeited if the buyer fails to tender the
remainder amount of SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP7,645,000.00) on or before ninety days (90) from
the date of the commencement of this instrument and/or on the execution
of Deed of Absolute Sale of the above-properties upon the arrival of the
Attorney-in-Fact in the Philippines.
