The would has acquired gender equality in most of social aspect of life.

However,
their is an actual fact involved working environment as many high level positions
are filled by only men eventhough more than half of firms wireforce are taken
place by women. And from my point of view to cope with the controversial
incidence as males have been taking advantages over females at work, the
organizations should make a difference by allocating more females into important
position. And will be explained under this essay.
In the first glance, qualification would probably be first criteria the employer
would like to have in the recruiting process. That mean it doesn’t matter whether
the entrance interview would prefer males or females who hold the same
qualification. Due to the fact that universities perform their curriculum without
differences or advantages between various students gerders.
The next, experience would probably be second criteria the employer would like
to have in the recruiting process. That means it doesn't matter whether the
person is males or females with the same experience they will get the same
positions. Due to the fact that schools perform their curriculum without
differences.
In the end, the reason why women are appointed to more important positions
than men is due to the following two characteristics:
The first is patience. Example for males, when being scolded by others, specifically
their boss, they will tend to respond, and for females, they will choose to be
patient and accept it instead of responding to it.
The second is loyalty. Just like the example above, when males are scolded, in
addition to responding to it, they will choose to leave instead of staying. On the
other hand, males are often greedy for fame and gain and choose short-term
things instead of long-term things, while for females, they will choose to be
patient and persist in staying for long-term things.
