Study Permit for International Students

As part of the administration process regarding study permit for international students which must be
renewed annually.

REGISTER & LOGIN

1. Open https://e-layanan.dikdasmen.kemdikbud.go.id/elayanan/ from your browser (MS Edge, Google
Chrome, Safari, etc)
2. Select the Language (“Bahasa” or “English”) to use this service from the top menu bar.

3. Parent may register to create an account to able to use the service by clicking the “register” button
- Complete the data in “form pendaftaran e-layanan”.

APPLY FOR STUDY PERMIT

There are 2 types of submission:
o New : for new student who have never applied for a study permit
o Extension : for students who have applied for a study permit and want to extend their permit

STATUS APPLICATION

Your application will be appeared in Menu “Foreign study permit” as per picture below

1. View (Menu no 1): to see all data & documents that you have submitted
2. Status (Menu no 2): to see the process of your application
During the process, you may be asked to submit additional hardcopy / softcopy documents to the
Sekretariat e-layanan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Komplek Kemendikbud Gedung E Lantai 14,
Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Senayan, Jakarta.

When the process is completed. You will receive 2 documents. Those are:
1. Letter of Recommendation (Menu no 4)

2. Letter of Approval from BKHM (Menu no 5)

SUBMIT THE STUDY PERMIT TO SCHOOL

Once the Letter of Recommendation (4) & Letter of Approval from BKHM (5) are available, parents can
download and send it to school through email to schoolserpong.acop@binus.edu.
