Q1. What is the maximum TDS for
which TruWater purifier will work?
Ans. Up to 2000 TDS (above 2000
efficiency and life of membrane will
decrease).
Q2. What all is included when I
purchase a TruWater RO?
Ans. Included in the box: Water Purifier,
Installation Kit, External Sediment Filter
Excluded in the box. Booster pump,
Pressure Reducing Valve. Iron Cartridge
(these are based on pressure condition,
to be purchased at the time of
installation).
Q3. What are the installation charges
and what items are covered in
installation?
Ans. a. The installation and installation kit
is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical
or plumbing costs during installation, c. If
input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please
install a company provided pressure
reducing valve at an additional cost, if
pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to
install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an
additional cost.
Q4. Will UC charge for uninstallation of
my old RO?
Ans. No, uninstallation of old RO will be
provided free of cost.
Q5. What are the AMC charges?
Ans: We have a unique variable AMC plan
where you pay only for the number of
filters changes you need. Also, all AMC
plans include unlimited free repair visits
including spares cost.
- If you bought the Premium Smart Machine
and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost
you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you
3,499
- For Elite, 1 Filter change - it will cost
you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you
4,199.
Q6. What is the 7 day trial?
Ans. We provide a no questions asked
return policy within 7 days of installation
of the RO.
Q7. Is there a minimum height of the
water tank?
Ans. Yes, your tank must be at least 10
feet above the ground.
Q8. How does TruWater machine help
me reduce water wastage?
Ans. Machine comes with an extendable
pipe to reuse water for other
applications.
