Position: Inspection/Investigation Officer No of position: 10 Level OG-I

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic /  ACMA/CA Finalist/ACCA/ M. Com or equivalent relevant degree duly recognized by HEC.
Professional  Preference will be given to candidates having proficiency in Analytical Analysis Skills, Worked with
Qualification: Chartered Accountancy Firms or Financial Institutions in management audit function

Experience: Minimum 05 years professional experience preferably in the field of internal audit and internal control.

 Good interpersonal & Communication Skills

 Must have an understanding of Business Analytics and Basic Financial concepts
Other Skills /
 Report writing and basic knowhow regarding effective tools & approaches towards inquiries.
Expertise/
Knowledge  Ability to critically evaluate situations, dispute resolution and conflict management.
Required:  Ability to anticipate needs, resourceful to suggest solutions of identified problems.
 A team player with ability to pull weight of the team.
 Ability to be a good culture mix.
Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:
 The Job entails evaluation and analysis of operations at branch through standardized review reports.
 Inspect and Evaluate the Branch and Allied Offices workings in line with the regulatory and statutory requirements and Bank’s
Policy Framework.
 Inquisitive analysis of inquiries/investigations and their analysis for objectivity, completeness and clarity.
 Management & Regulatory Reports / Records.
 To undertake empirical along with quantitative & qualitative Inspections of the branches and field offices.
 Analytical review preparation including Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Matrix Review reports / analysis.
 Financial and Profitability Analysis of the Branches.
 Analyze Policy-Procedure gaps and exceptions review reports.
 Envisage to function as critical operation support between head office and field functionaries acting as enforcers and liaison
point.
 Uplifting of the function by synergizing job standardization in line with the function mandate and responsibilities.
 Any other task assigned related to inspection/investigation by the Competent Authority.

60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
