SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Science and Technology is now needed by all human being. Because it’s rapid
development has helped almost all human lives. From those pre-historic times until now in
modern times, the development of this Science and Technology has a big share in changing
human lives. Changing the whole community of human and make a new era, modern. Thus,
many countries are competiting to improve their knowledge in order to gradually improve
Science and Technology since they know about the pros of having a high-level quality of this
material. The development of Science and Technology cannot be seen by mere-eyes because
sometimes it cons amount of time.

The impact of the development of Science and Technology in general is very influential
for human activities. Such as, help the development of ‘backward’ humans into modern humans
who are facilitated in every way. Small things such as the ease of communication that was not
easily available and not easily be done until many people missed almost every information, this
case closed when the existence of communication tools as internet, handphone and television
was found. Which made it easier for many people to get information from around the world.
Many forums on the website make it easier to meet other people and exchange information with
each other. The internet is now a necessity for finding information in all aspecs.

Another thing is there are many applications that support human needs such as Online
Library, E-commerce, online shopping that helped the new generation to gather more
knowledge, so that they can make a new jobs in this new modern era. And this development of
Science and Technology will never known when to stop because humans will continue to keep
develop Science and Technology according to increasingly advanced and modern human life.
 Of course, pros of Science and Technology are followed by a lot of disturbing negative
impact. Such as moral damaged that caused by addiction of internet and electronical deices.
Which has other negative impacts, such as pornography and cyber bully because there’s a lot
people who can easily use that devices and internet. Also, with that amount of technology, of
course it sometimes will increase the amount of pollution, such as vechiles cars that cause air
pollution and CFCs from Air Conditioner (AC) that is dangerous for ozone.

Also people’s thinking patterns with Science and Technology are high and modern,
people will always curious and always waiting about new information that they don’t know
without thinking about the information they get, either positive or negative. People also more
difficult to interact in real life with another people because there’s already a lot of technology
that makes them comfortable languishing at home. The pattern of thinking of traditional society
has shifted to modern thinking, such as rules about association with the opposite sex. These day,
people start thinking that association with the opposite sex has no rules and limits, that’s what
makes promiscuity, MBA (Marriage By Accident), underage marriage spread everywhere.

At the end, how we use and utilize Science and Technology is back to ourselves. We
know that Science and Technology helped us a lot and humans will always need modern tools to
assist human activities. Don’t depent too much on these modern tools, because we might be
controlled by it. So, we can just use it as wise as we can and use these tools as well as possible so
that it’ll not be missued.
