An active voice can be defined as a clause or sentence in which a subject


performs an action through a verb. For example: Sam is writing a letter.

A passive voice can be defined as a type of a clause or sentence in which


an action, or an object of a sentence, is emphasized rather than its
subject. For example: The letter is being written by Sam.

Q. Circle “A” if the sentence is written in active voice or circle


“P” if the sentence is written in passive voice.
