Carriageway FFL: 150mm
- 40ft road reserve with 24ft premix provision = max. 300mm
- 50ft road reserve with 24ft premix provision = max. 500mm
D Main Entrance
D1 Floor drop min. at 100mm or gentle ramp for disable friendly design. /
D2 Main door size - preferably 1200mm wide (frame to frame) x - 1000mm x 2400mm

D3 Door leaf - solid timber door and preferably with single leaf. /

the dining.
F3 To avoid direct line of sight to bathroom and bedroom door for privacy /
purposes.

F5 Power point to be located away from water source (eg. AC blower) or /
window.
G Kitchen
G1 To provide non slip tiles for floor. /
G2 To provide floor trap near sink area and at minimum 600mm away /
from wall (ensure location not beneath future kitchen cabinet).
G3 Wall tiles height: to refer to Local Authority's requirement (1,500mm / 1524mm high
or 5ft/1524mm).
G4 To coordinate between full and non-full tiled walls. /
