1 General 1. Check incoming supply and earthling. At incoming Switch for 440 V in R,Y & B phase
2. Check loose wiring & rectify if required . At connector
3. Measure motor currents & set relay accordingly . On load condition at motor terminal
4. Check m/c for any abnormal noise . By visually & hearing noise for any abnormality.
5. Check all guards for proper fitment. Check Visually & tighten it if reqd.
6. Check all gear box for leakages & its oil level. Check visually & top-up if reqd.
7. Check guide roller alignment & its greasing. Check visually & by grease gun.
8.Check main wheel of motor check for proper operation.
9.check belt motor check visually and change it if required
10. Check & tighten all fasteners & checknuts. Check for looseness.
11. Greased & lubricate all given points By grease gun & oil can.
check operationally and the machine should stop
12.check pneumatic cylinders used for brake immediately when stops
13. Check rolling parts for any material trapping in between Check Visually & clean it if reqd.

14.clean the machine and control box clean the panel with blowering and clean the
machine with cotton waste
15.check bearings of motor apply grease at required points
17. Clean complete machine . Check Visually & clean by cotton waste.
