the things they gave since day one in this world. My parents never pressured me
on my studies or even to work at an early age, but I am the one who will. In fact, I
am contented, favorable, and joyful to be as their child. The only thing that I can

gardened the plants, cleaning the bedroom, prepare a food, be responsible
student, and a good raised and well-mannered person.
In addition, to make it more precise, I am eldest one of my siblings. I have
two (2) siblings. There are one (1) girl at eleven (11) years old and one little boy at
the age of nine (9) years old. Our age gap is so far but the hearts are too close to
each other. As a big sister, I perform to be a good role model for them in terms of
academics, goals, visions in life. I always help them to do the things that they can’t

Furthermore, as an individual, who firmly believe in saying that “Optimism
makes a life happier and meaningful”. It only means positivity will lead to success
and real essence of happiness. Genuinely, if there is one word that describes me,
it is being Optimistic, a kind of cheerful friend who will push you to be the best
version you. However, a one thing about me is to understand the value of time.
Every moment is precious especially in this alarming health-crisis which brought a
drastic changed and still having a hope to visit our loved-ones from faraway after
very long-time. Apart from this, in the matter of motivation, above all is God and
my family, the source of strength. Also, I am attached and fond of calligraphy
writings, connecting with courageous company, surrounded by happy people,
favored in optimism, and acknowledge as who I am in the society. On the other
side, I dislike the person if he or she is allowing one-self to be despair, misery,
alone, and hopelessness. To avoid this, commit yourself in an engaging activity.
Such, doing recreational takes relaxation, refreshing, and enjoyment especially
when you are getting along with the person who understands you and is happy to

ASSIGNMENT 1
2. How does art affect your social, moral, spiritual life?
The art affects can affect social, moral, and spiritual life through inspirations
of a masterpiece. In terms of social, art can be influenced through expressing a
conversation between an art piece and its description toward individual’s
realization and experiences in the real world. Also, to perform an artist potential or
talent in artistic designs and be proudly presents his or her personality or even its
nationality made. Most of the Philippine National artist like Jovita Fuentes and
Francisca Reyes Aquino were considered as National Artists in their prohibition of
music and dance. Among all Filipinos and the world amazed through to their
genuine talent. Jovita Fuentes developed loved opera in the country which applied
in the contemporary arts or today's society. Francisca Reyes Aquino gave
inspiration and significance to dance which reminds us of our culture and tradition,
specifically the folk dance. Thus, both national artists found interest, admiration
from their expertise, and immense talent or skills.
Not only but also with moral life, art engages attraction, to open a belief or
share common goals with moral, integrity, compassion, desires, and aspirations in
life. There are some arts could bring hope, happiness, courage to start and live a
better life. For instance, the movie about a traditional family that stimulate and
motivate each other. Such as the movie of Seven (7) Sundays, More than Blue,
The Flu, Purple Hearts, and other movies which can brings an enthusiasm and
ingenuity. Those movies develop human being and characters. Some will teach us
a moral lesson on how life goes on. It is easier to understand how various things
work when you can visualize them. As a result, if you're having difficulty grasping
a scientific concept, you can watch a movie that explains it implicitly or explicitly.
Besides, about spiritual life, art can be sense of peace, comfort, struggles,
difficulties, or little or big battle in life. This also encourage into a deeper
relationship with God. As well as being responsive and observant to how art elicits
emotions, desires, and internal progressions within us.

ASSIGNMENT 1
3. What art in the Philippines do you like the most and why?
There are major form of art such paintings, sculpture, architecture,
literature, music, cinema, and theater. From this, I always admired in paintings or
portraits. Painting enhances self-esteem and enables individuals to enhance their
abilities. Painting also constructs a relaxing, inviting atmosphere in which artists
can explore their own creativity.
As a Filipino citizen, I embolden to be proud of a masterpiece by Fernando
Amorsolo such “The Making of the Philippine Flag”. It is one of the most prominent
works of art in the Philippines. It depicts three women (Marcela Agoncillo, her
daughter Lorenza, and Dr. Jose Rizal's niece, Delfina Herbosa de Natividad). This
Filipino mural may be the most notable, but some say Amorsolo's depiction is
misleading because one of the three women sewing the Philippine flag is a child.
This popular piece shows to the Filipino citizens how the Philippine flag was made
and to reminds of traditions, culture, and love for the country especially who fought
for freedom that have faded over time. In spirit into one nation, the illustrations
signified national symbol and tells thousands of stories in the Philippine history to
reminisce and gives importance to.
