SUB: CORRECTION OF BILL AGAINST A/C NO. 29-12136-0013200.
It is submitted that the consumer of above subjected A/C No. approached to this office with written application regarding wrong billing. The meter inspector of this office checked the record and reported that the meter of the consumer was replaced with healthy meter in billing month 09/2022. The meter which was installed at site was removed from the premises situated in canal view housing scheme where the consumer availed Net Metering facility. Due to some reason the MCO has not been provided and the reading of the installed reading has been charged to the removed meter, which is wrong. So it is therefore requested please correct the reading of the
consumer as per given in correct reading column as well as issue revised bill to the consumer to settle the complaint. It is further added that the units consumed on the new meter will be charged to the consumer at the time of MCO in billing month 01/2023.
