The population of Singapore has increased since 2006.
In 2006 the population was 4,5000,000 but in 2016 it grew to around 5,600,000.
The main cause of the change is that Singapore's birth rate is higher than its
death rate. In 2016, the birth rate was 8 per 1000 people while the death rate
was 4.
Over the last 10 years, the death rate of Singapore hasn't change but the bus
right has decreased from 10 to 8. Life expectancy has increased because
people have better diets not in 2006 it was 80 years while in 2016 it was 83
years. Good Healthcare also helps increase life expectancy do Singaporeans
spend a lot on healthcare, about 4,000 USD per person per year in 2016.
