Introduction:

The technological world of mobile technologies has been increasing significantly and is always changing

at a quick pace. The emerging trends in mobile technologies may sometimes meet the needs of the

customers or have a significant challenge with how the customers view the products. Some of the

emerging trends of mobile technologies may include virtual assistants. They are designed to make the

use of the mobile phone to have the best experience through voice commands or other signals. The

major challenge this technology may pose to the users of these mobile phones is privacy challenges. The

virtual assistants may make one consider how they access their installed data on their mobile phones,

and if it is for the benefit of the user or the company. Since virtual assistants and other applications can

access the user's details, one can consider a breach of confidentiality with them sending essential

information to the company. The mobile technology sector is expected to expand in the future as

organizations strive to improve their business operations.

Purpose of the Research:

The research on emerging mobile technologies has several objectives which will guide the researcher in

making recommendations. One of the goals of the research paper is to determine whether emerging

mobile technologies will become state of the art shortly. Having the ability to make the emerging

technologies become the best use technology widely used will depend on various aspects of the

technology. Another objective of conducting the research is to determine whether mobile phone

companies need to change certain aspects of their service delivery. Meeting the needs of different users

may become challenging, but making amendments to the field to change may have a considerable

impact. The study will aim at determining whether having preferential tools and applications that meet
the diverse needs of the users will have a significant effect on the user experience. Shortly, users will

need to have technological applications that fit the various conditions ranging from professionalism to

general users. Giving an example of a data analyst, they will be more encouraged to use software and

other analytical tools that make them experience the best services. Suppose mobile technologies do not

intend to increase the diversification of technological devices. In that case, they will experience reduced

demand since the existing customers will shift to better systems like the use of computers. Making the

mobile an all-purpose machine will determine the user's experience and make companies get the best

out of their making. This research paper aims to determine diversification if mobile technologies will

impact the customer experience. It will aid one to make recommendations on whether mobile

companies need to implement a diversified set of needs on one smartphone, (Koumpouros & Kafazis,

2019).

Hypothesis statements:

The following statements from the hypothesis statement:

 H0a: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will become the next great state of the art based

on customer needs.

 H1a: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will not become the next great state of the art

based on customer needs.

 H0b: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will improve users’ experience by offering

preferential needs of professionalism.

 H1b: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will not improve users’ experience by offering

preferential needs of professionalism.

 H0c: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will improve user experience through enhanced

security.

 H1c: Mobile emerging technologies and tools will improve user experience through enhanced

security.

Research methods:

The current study was done based on information gathered from existing literature on mobile

technologies. The sources included books, journal articles, and research papers. The sources were

carefully reviewed to determine their suitability and how they could be used to answer the research

questions. The sources that met the inclusion criteria were carefully reviewed with the focus being on

identifying information related to the topic. The decision to use a secondary approach to research was

made because of three primary factors:

 The approach allowed for the collection of data less expensive since it did not involve doing

primary research.

 The method gives a flexible way of gathering the data needed to achieve the objectives of the

study.

 The approach allowed for the collection of data that could be used to create a multi-perspective

view regarding the issue of mobile technologies.

Results and Discussion:

Mobile technologies have proved to be very useful to some users and guide them in having the best

experiences. One of the prominent examples is seen when mobile technologies can schedule meetings,

search through the internet and get what the user wants in the least time possible. Given an instance of
the Alexa, one may direct it to play a particular song found on the internet while they are busy attending

to other duties. Mobile technologies have improved the customers' experience, and this paper looks at

how it affects users. Some emerging technologies have proved to become worthy of the incident, and

the article will determine if they will become worth it soon. All people using their mobile phones will

consider the benefits and limitations of the emerging technologies, as discussed in the paper. Through

technological advancement, we can expect some main contributions to consumers' experience with

mobile phones, (Law et al., 2018).

Fundamental issues of mobile technology:

Fundamental issues of mobile technology are still developing and are at the initial stages where massive

changes are expected in the future. On a small percentage, only a portion of mobile technologies has

been invented and used in the current world. Some of the significant problems facing mobile

technologies include costly ways of accessing the internet. The cost of using the phones and acquisition

costs are too high, and significant technological advancements are expected in the future. The use of

current mobile phones, which are referred to as smartphones try to ensure that they can do all things

for their users but have failed to do so optimally.

Some of the lying challenges facing mobile technologies will need to address in society will include the

technologies that will aim at reducing the costs of the mobile technologies and tools used. Each

technology and device invented should be costly and beneficial to ensure that all consumers can afford

the product. Some of the users of mobile phones users have different needs, and emerging technologies

should be based on that. An example is when a doctor needs to find things specifically related to

diagnosis from the virtual assistant; one may have considered the result range- the tools developed

need to meet all the expectations of the users through designing a set of preferences that the customer
needs. Soon, these challenges will have been cushioned out, making mobile technologies and tools the

next big thing in the world, (Dorcic et al., 2019).

Trends in Mobile Technology Development:

From the emerging trends and tools, the findings will guide one to conclude whether companies should

adopt the implementation of the expected customer needs. Some of the challenges posed by the

emerging mobile technologies and tools like expensive costs of acquisition may influence companies'

decision to consider their pricing model and how to meet the needs of the customers. The findings of

the research will also provide insightful recommendations as to whether the companies should make

companies produce mobile technologies that fit their diverse needs. Companies can decide on making

various tools that only fit a specific category of people like students, different professionals as well as

the general public. Having met the needs of multiple people makes the company have a larger market

share compared to having one tool for everyone.

Other aspects of mobile technologies and tools on the emerging issues for consideration refer to the

security challenges that mobile phones offer. Users of different phones may have their phones affected

by viruses and other malicious attacks leading to data loss. The determination of the possibility of

episodes from the use of new technologies and tools on mobile phones makes it a point of intending to

generalize on the applicability of security systems. Given an example of a smartphone user, the

possibility of accessing aspects in the organization that is prone to attacks makes it a critical point of

research as the companies will consider ensuring security features are efficient. A generalized

conclusion will consider the ability of the emerging tools to meet the needs of different people who

have different expectations from professional, and educational to generalized solutions.

Available Solutions of the Emerging Mobile Technologies and Tools:

Some of the emerging technologies like virtual assistants like Alexa and Siri may breach the

confidentiality of users' information. Based on the challenges that the user may experience in using the

product, the available information is used by these companies to determine the expected updates to

make. Another challenge seen is the provision of advertisements to the users based on information

available on smartphones. Most users get advertisements for products they would wish to purchase,

which makes users know that their activities on their mobile phones are closely monitored. Some of the

best solutions that have been offered include the lack of using the users' data to make fix bugs and

other challenges but rather conducting a more in-depth analysis of their products. Another available

solution refers to fixing security problems that come with using internet services. Mobile phones have

installed detective measurements that alert their users of any form of malicious viruses. The security

systems have been, however, efficient in ensuring no attacks on smartphones.

Benefits and limitations of emerging mobile technologies:

The emerging trends have a significant impact on customer experience. Users can benefit from faster

and quick ways of accessing information from the internet through virtual assistants. An example is

when a user can command an installed program like Alexa to play a particular song on their radio.

Another advantage is seen in the use of artificial intelligence to bring up results of searches that are

relevant to the users. Artificial intelligence systems help one to make judgments based on previous

activities which are based on an algorithmic and complex calculations to have the best decisions being

made. Some of the artificial systems have been majorly used in the medical field to have a doctor

administer treatments effectively to patients- algorithms of artificial intelligence work in a manner that

allows them to have the best range of outcomes based on previous activities. The limitation that holds
this emerging issue is that they are mostly used on computers since they have a better processor. The

solution to that is ensuring that they can be implemented on mobile technologies for better customer

experience to prevail. Mobile phones need to have all the capabilities of other computer systems to

ensure one can synchronize their actions if out of working areas. They would aid different professionals

while working at any location outside their ordinary working spaces, (Pantano & Priporas, 2016).

Recommendations:

Some different techniques and solutions can be used to enhance mobile technologies. An example is a

Multiple instruction, multiple data (MIMD) technique. Multiple instructions and multiple data (MIMD)

can be described as a computing technique that is usually used to achieve parallelism in mobile

technology applications. In this case, the focus is on creating a machine with several processors that can

work asynchronously and independently. At any particular time, various processes will be executing

diverse tasks and instructions on pieces of data. Besides, the MIMD architecture is designed in a way

that allows for its application in various areas like computer-aided manufacturing, communication

switching, and simulation (Taylor, Takeuchi, & Stevens, 2017). It is imperative to state that the MIMD

machines usually have either distributed memory or shared memory.

MIMD architecture allows for the distribution of data and tasks among different processing elements.

Another critical technology that can help enhance mobile technologies is processor interconnection

technology. In a general format, interconnection networks play a critical role in the functioning of

communication and computing systems (Taylor et al., 2017). Besides, they help in ensuring that

processors can carry out their unique functions in a complex system. The successful functioning of the

processes in a computing system or mobile technology requires the creation of interconnection

networks. The processor interconnection method helps in connecting the input devices and the output
devices through various switch stages. It is also worth stating that the number of connection patterns

and stages will affect the routing capability of the mobile technology or system. In most instances, a

central controller is used to create a path from the input to the output.

Finally, there is a need to identify new and sustainable materials that can be used to improve mobile

technology systems. An example is the integration of nanotechnology in the process of developing

mobile technologies. In a competitive marketplace, mobile technologies have been developed and used

in diverse areas. The survival of the technologies depends on the extent to which they meet the needs

of the customers. Factors such as reliability and speed of systems determine the extent to which they

are adopted in the market. Furthermore, the approach allows for the creation of sustainable systems

and those that cause minimal damage to the environment. The adoption of nontechnology materials in

the mobile technology sector is expected to continue in the future. Furthermore, companies and

scientists are expected to continue investing in nanotechnology so that they can develop new materials

that can be used as the basis for creating efficient and reliable mobile networks and systems.

Conclusion:

Mobile technology has become an important solution in the current world. The systems have been used

in a wide range of settings to enhance service provision and improve customer experience. Some of the

primary characteristics of mobile technology systems include security, power, size, and speed. In most

instances, the trend in mobile technology development relates to the process of enhancing the above

four characteristics. The mobile technology industry has been growing significantly in recent years. The

trend is attributed to the need to create advanced and efficient systems that can be used in a wide

range of mobile applications. With the rise of the internet of things, the focus of manufacturers and

developers has been on security. Mobile technology systems provide a basis for enhancing the security

of the Internet of Things networks and microcontrollers. Another area that developers have focused on
is the process of enhancing the function of mobile technologies through mesh networks and cloud

connectivity methods, (Kurubacak & Altinpulluk, 2017).

In both cases, the focus is on achieving seamless connectivity while also reducing costs and energy

consumption. The successful integration of the systems in business processes can enhance service

delivery and improve customer satisfaction levels.
