    1. Clean the fabricated surface with a cloth and apply a GALVACOAT chemical coating with cloths all over the surface, then wipe away any excess with dry cloths. 2. After inspection, fill gaps and edges with a Sealant and apply a pretreatment before powder coating. 3. Clean away excess sealant, spatter, and dust with sandpaper, then clean the surface with air and cotton before another application of GALVACOAT prior to powder coating. Hang the coated surface in an oven to dry.

    a) Clean the surface with cloth.

    1 In Rhino Fabrication sub-assly after grinding process apply GALVACOAT b) Apply GALVACOAT chemical with cloths on all over the surface
    c) Wipe out excess GALVACOAT with dry cloths.
    2 After Fabrication inspection fill the Sealant in gaps & edges (phirol 460HH)
    3 Apply pretreatment process before powder coating
    4 Clean the excess sealant, spatter & Dust with polish paper (Grit size 60/80 grit)
    5 Clean the surface with air and cotton before applying GALVACOAT
    6 Apply GALVACOAT all over the before powder coating and allow it to dry or whipe out excess GALVACOAT with dry cloths..
    7 Hang it on the oven
