A subanen girl went to the newly opened grocery store to purchase some products and she is the first

customer. The sales lady approach her and offer some items that she might like and discussed some
important information.

Then, she offered a loyalty card so that the subanen customer will earn some points that can be
converted into cash.

The sales lady give an invitation card to the subanen customer to attend the Thanksgiving party to
celebrate the successful opening of the business.

As they continue to exchange information the subanen customer expressed her feedback to the sales
lady about how good the accommodations and the performance of the employees were. Then, the sales
lady is listening attentively to the customer's feedback.

The sales lady also discussed what are the accommodations and services they can provide to achieve the
satisfaction of the customers when buying grocery and other products from their store.

She also informs the subanen customer that they can understand some native languages in the
Philippines to avoid any barriers to communication between people who are unable to speak a common
language.

The discussions between the sales lady and the subanen customer eventually stopped, because the
owner of the store noticed the exchange of words between his employee and the customer.
